Section 1 – B2B service terms

Our Services are intended for B2B wholesale buyers — not for individual retail consumers unless explicitly agreed in writing. You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and trademark laws). You must not transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service. A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2 – General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, product catalog, images, or website content without our express written permission. The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.

Section 3 – Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions without confirming details with us directly. Catalog images, specifications, and availability may change. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site and to confirm order details before payment.

Section 4 – Modifications to the service and prices

Prices, MOQ, lead times, and product availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed in a written order or quote. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 – Products and services

We supply ready-stock wholesale watches and custom OEM/ODM manufacturing services. Certain products may have limited quantities. Product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display colors exactly. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to limit order quantities. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Section 6 – OEM/ODM custom orders

OEM/ODM orders are produced to your approved specifications, including branding, dial design, packaging, and other customization. You are responsible for confirming all specifications in writing before production begins and for ensuring that any logos, artwork, or brand assets you provide do not infringe third-party rights. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and refunds are not available, even if goods have not yet shipped. Custom project terms, deposits, and lead times are confirmed before production.

Section 7 – Ready-stock wholesale orders

Ready-stock orders are fulfilled from existing inventory subject to availability at the time of confirmation. You are responsible for verifying model numbers, quantities, and shipping details before dispatch. Once goods have been shipped, returns and refunds are not available except as described in our Refund Policy.

Section 8 – Orders, billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per buyer, company, or shipment address. Orders are confirmed after we verify stock or production capacity, pricing, shipping, and payment terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, business, and shipping information, including import requirements for your destination country. Section 9 – Third-party links and tools

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or tools (for example, WhatsApp, payment processors, shipping carriers, or social media platforms) that we do not control. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, and we do not warrant or assume liability for third-party materials, websites, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Section 10 – Intellectual property and submissions

Our website content, product catalog, images, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. If you send us feedback, ideas, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, except where a separate written agreement applies. For OEM/ODM projects, you grant us the rights necessary to use your approved brand assets solely to fulfill your order. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide.

Section 12 – Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, MOQ, lead times, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). We undertake no obligation to update information except as required by law.

Section 13 – Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts.
• To infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized brand assets for OEM/ODM production.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.

Section 14 – Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Service and all products delivered through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in your confirmed order. These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate access if we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms. These Terms, together with policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
